Found it item was out of stock after I sent the money transfer. GG gave me a credit which I used to purchase the item when it was back in stock, then didn’t ship the order until I followed up a week later. Company said they would send me a free gift 2-3 different times to compensate me for the order issues & never sent the free gift.
