They are very healthy and help in weight loss as well. Make this super easy thogayal within 10 minutes and serve with hot rice and ghee , a heavenly combination. 1. In a pan, add 1 tsp oil, 5 garlic and saute. Add 5-6 red chilli and roast them. 2. Add 1/3 cup raw horsegram/kollu and roast in medium flame till aromatic and there is no raw smell. 3. Once the colour changes, keep in low flame or switch off. Add a piece of tamarind and 1/4 cup coconut. Just mix in the heat.  4. Add to a mixer jar, once cooled and add 1/2 tsp salt(adjust whole eating with rice in case less). Grind to coarse chutney. Add little water Flex Seed, Peanut Chutney, Happy Eating, Indian Food Recipes Vegetarian, Roasts, Red Chilli, Curry Leaves, Ghee, Flax Seed
