Misty's Seaking (Japanese: カスミのアズマオウ Kasumi's Azumao) was the first Pokémon that Misty caught in the Johto region, and her eighth overall.
In the anime
Seaking appeared in Hook, Line, and Stinker. During the Seaking Catching Day, Misty reeled in a big Seaking using her special lure. She had her Poliwhirl weaken it, but it got slapped by Seaking's tail. Poliwhirl quickly bounced back and retaliated with a series of Double Slaps, weakening it enough for Misty to catch it in a Lake Ball. Once the competition was over, Misty's Seaking was revealed to weigh 55 kilograms, the same as Andreas's Seaking, meaning Misty and Andreas had to battle to determine the winner of the competition. After Misty had won the competition, she was forced to release Seaking under the contest rules.
Personality and characteristics
Due to its lack of screen time, little is known about Seaking. There is not enough known about it to even distinguish it from other Seaking. Seaking is shown to be very large, being heavy enough to put Misty in shared first place with Andreas of the Seaking Catching Day competition.

Misty uses a Seaking in Pokémon Black 2 and White 2 in the Kanto Leaders Tournament of the Pokémon World Tournament.
