Release information
This card was released as a holographic BW-P Promotional card to those who won the Open Battle League Tournament side event at the Battle Carnival 2012 Spring held between May and June 2012. It was awarded again to those who won three consecutive battles in the Hall of Fame event at the Battle Carnival 2012 Autumn held during November 2012.

The Palace in Palace Belt can also be translated as Hall of Fame, which is part of the Japanese term for entering the Hall of Fame. The Hall of Fame a location in all core series Pokémon games, located in the Pokémon League of each region.
