I shared a salmon version of these a few weeks ago, but they were too good not to do a sequel. So I made a spicy shrimp salad version and im telling you… these are GOOD!

I didnt use rice to keep it low carb, but if you’re feeling rice, go ahead and fill it up however way you want!

Here is how I made it:

1.Steam or cook up 1lb of shrimp and let it cool. Finely chop the shrimp once cooled, add it to a bowl, then mix it with 1 to 1.5 tbsp mayo, 1 tbsp gochujang (or 2 tbsp sriracha), 1 tbsp Tamari or soy sauce, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, a pinch of salt. Mix it well, taste, and adjust as needed to your liking.
