Ahmad Noori on Instagram: "Rice paper rolls  INGREDIENTS  rice paper 1 block tofu 1/2 cup spring onions  1/2 cup shredded carrots 1 tsp ginger paste or minced  1 tsp minced garlic   dipping sauce: 3-4 tbsp peanutbutter  1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp sweet & sour sauce or sri racha water to dilute   METHOD sauté mincend ginger and garlic in some oil and add crumbled tofu to the pan.
