- 6oz flavored gelatin

Sour Sugar Coating:
- Citric Acid (1/4 cup)
- Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup)

Funny Business:
- Decarb at 250°F for 30 minutes then combine with 1/2 cup melted coconut oil (you are going to lose some volume during the infusion process)
- Water bath (even though I say double boiler) in the oven for 2 hours at 250°F
- Strain using fine mesh strainer and/or cheesecloth
