For the sun i added a generous amount of Clear Nuvo Drops and swirled around to give that watery sun look, when dried.   Happy 18th Birthday For this card I used Winnie You're Flying High from Polkadoodles. I removed the balloons and attached a little 'Happy Birthday Flag from Big Birthday Surprise Stamp Set . I perched her on top of a cupcake and attached presents, balloons and bunting, which are all from the same stamp set - as is the sentiments. The 1 and 8 candles are from Birthday Celebrations Stamp Set   I decided to stick to a pink colour scheme and used a combination of Copics and ProMarkers.
