Therefore, the prisoners have rights to access fundamental rights while they are in detentions, so authorities should respect these rights and refrain from violating the rights of the prisoners. For instance, authorities should not torture prisoners or be forcing prisoners for confession under torture. In addition, international human rights law contains several rules about the treatment of detainees and prisoners which are applicable at all times, and States have the responsibility to protect the rights of prisoners and avoid of using all practices that violate these rights and rules. The rights of prisoners not only contain the rights to life and the prohibition of torture and other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment to be found in all major general human rights treaties, but these rights also contain international humanitarian law. For instance, authorities must avoid of using ill-treatment policies to increase crimes and mass murder of prisoners.

In addition the report seeks to discuss globalisation impact on less developed nations in the three important fields, such as economy that globalisation indeed has failed to rid the world of poverty. The field of technology and politics, in which globalisation has definitely impact on developing and less developed nations. Rather than being a barrier for development, globalisation now seems more like an economic temptress, promising riches to everyone but only delivering to the few. Although the global average per capita income rose strongly throughout the 20th century, the income gap between rich and poor countries has been widening for many decades (in 1990 was 59:1 but in 2000 it has become 70:1).

This study, therefore, delves deeply into Iran’s most critical challenges, which are social and economic. These challenges profoundly impact integration, national solidarity, stability, and security. The study rigorously examines the implications of these challenges on the national security of the Arabian Gulf region, a region of significant global importance. In this respect, the main question of this study is: How do Iran’s sociocultural, economic, and national security challenges contribute to instability and security risks in the Gulf region? What are the historical context and underlying factors contributing to these challenges in Iran?

The issues contain the list of problems that women usually face during conflict, addressing the needs of women affected by conflict, and the list of protection of women in international law.
In general, women face severe difficulties during conflicts such as sexual violence, displacement, forced abduction, pregnancy due to rape, food and essential household items, clean water, sources of livelihood, shelter, health conditions, hygiene and sanitation, losing members of families, widowhood, becoming female-headed households when men are detained, access to education and information and domestic violence during peace and war. Another problem is inequality to access facilities during conflicts that women usually face, in which Moser and Clark in 2001 pointed out that gender equality issues involving all sectors of society, and this is no different from the cases of political violence and armed conflict.

Therefore, the new development or the new definition of culture can contain the lifestyle of mankind, human morality and the principle of human life in throughout societies and communities. The report also addresses that within the industrial revolutionary no culture remains unchanged or unaffected by the intermixing cultures. Therefore, the report addresses that globalisation has simultaneously had a negative effect on local authentic cultures, whilst at the same time having a positive impact on cultures. For instance, technology nowadays has raised the possibility of a global culture. The Fax Machine, Satellite, Cable TV and the computers (internet) have swept away the national boundaries. Companies like Coca Cola, Disney, McDonald, Shell Oil, Hollywood and global media like BBC, CNN, and Aljazeera have enormous influence on local cultures. The impact of internet on people's local cultures has been particularly an enormous; no one can deny that internet has arguably been the most important feature of globalisation. Interchange of ideas through the internet caused revolutionary changes in people lifestyles and their cultures.

Historical analysis of these laws and how they effect on the society will lead to understanding well the Brixton riots event; in addition, it will help to determine the reasons behind it. Thus measuring up to what extend it influence on ethnic minorities' circumstances and their experiences, would seem to be logical. This essay will discuss the rules conditions before Brixton riots, how they changed after this event and up to what extend it was effective in leading the changes regarding to ethnic minorities living conditions in Britain.
