The results show that the couples who received existential therapies search more efficiently for meaning in life and try to improve their love attitudes.

Existential therapists emphasize the importance of the relationship issue for human survival. The... more Existential therapists emphasize the importance of the relationship issue for human survival. The reason for this claim is that humans are always in contact with each other, and they are precisely those relationships that shape humans and define them. Accordingly, the present study aimed at the effectiveness of existential psychotherapy based on Iranian-Islamic culture on the quality of interpersonal relationships of couples. The research method is semi-experimental with pre-test and post-test design with control group. The statistical population included couples referring to the counseling centers of Isfahan province. Three randomly selected centers were selected and 20 couples (40 persons) were selected in an accessible manner. They were divided into two experimental and control groups. A questionnaire including interpersonal relationship questionnaire (khoshkam, 2006) and the intervention method of existential psychotherapy curriculum based on Iranian-Iranian Islamic culture, which consisted of 13 sessions held on a weekly basis. To analyze the data, the Mancova method was used at the level of inferential statistics. The results of the data analysis indicated that existential psychotherapy was effective on the quality of interpersonal relationships in the components of self-attention, planning to solve problems and communication styles at the level (p<0.01). Evidence showed that existential psychotherapy based on Iranian-Islamic culture has been effective in the health of love and affection and the interpersonal relationships of Iranian couples.

Participants were 254 nurses working in hospitals in Isfahan were selected using stratified random sampling method. Instruments included a questionnaire on happiness at work, leadership, organizational citizenship behaviors were. The research was correlational and multiple regression data were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient. The results showed between ethical leadership, happiness at work and feel the energy there is a significant positive relationship with organizational citizenship behaviors. This means that high moral leadership in the executive, happiness at work and feel the energy associated with organizational citizenship behaviors. Given the significant relationship between variables feel energized and happy at work as the variables associated with organizational citizenship behavior, especially in a stressful nursing job Measures to create a festive atmosphere and energetic, as well as training workshops psychology of happiness and joy in work is recommended.

of Lyubomirsky method in increasing the degree of happiness and life satisfaction among individuals attending Isfahan
counseling centers. Materials and Methods: The study is semi‑experimental in nature, with control and experimental
groups that were given a pre‑test and a post‑test. The statistical population of the study was 50 individuals who were chosen
using a simple random sampling method and put into groups of 25 each. Later, five happiness sessions were held for each
experimental group. Data collection was done through three questionnaires, namely demographic information, Oxford and
life satisfaction questionnaires. Results: The results of the co‑variance analysis indicated that the degree of happiness and
life satisfaction seemed to have an increase in experimental groups in comparison to that of control groups.

Isfahan population is formed. Of the 220 population 124 for the study were selected through
cluster sampling. Research instruments were organizational climate (Susman and Deep, 1989),
Oxford Happiness Questionnaire and organizational citizenship behaviors questionnaire (Lee &
Allen, 2002). Data obtained from the questionnaires using Pearson correlation coefficient and
multiple regression analysis were analyzed.
Results: Evidence from the analysis of the data showed that the climate of clarity and agreement
on the target level (p<0/05) resolution and agreement of, the consent of the commission,
agreement on procedures and effectiveness of communications level (p<0/01) has a significant
positive correlation with employee happiness, The effectiveness of communications between
organizational climate dimensions r=0/248 (p<0/01) and goal clarity and consensus, the
agreement, the consent of the commission, agreement on procedures at the level of (p<0/05)
behavior organizational citizenship coworkers showed a significant positive correlation. As well
as all aspects of climate organizational citizenship behaviors toward organization-wide (p<0/01)
is a significant relationship.
Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that climate is a good predictor of happiness of
employees in organizations and allows for organizational citizenship behavior is good.

According to this، current research had been conducted with the goal of consideration of the relationship between supervisor support of innovation with creativity and feeling of energy in the workplace.
Methodology: This is a correlation research that the population is made up of the Khorasgan professors. Through cluster sampling، 72 people were selected to take part in the research. Research tools were feeling of energy questionnaire at the workplace (Atwater and Carmeli 2009),and supervisor support questionnaire (Tierney et al 1999).The achieved data was analyzed by Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple Regression analysis. Results: Evidence from data analysis shown that the supervisor support of innovation and creativity has a significant positive relationship r=0.244 (p<0.05) and on the other hand with feeling of energy r= 0.285 (p<0.05) too. Also supervisor support has a significant relationship r=0.372 (p<0.01) with the age. Conclusion: evidence from this research has shown that supervisor support of innovation causes improvement in feeling of energy and creativity.

Research instruments were psychological capital (Luthans, 2007), Oxford Happiness Inventory, Inventory, and organizational citizenship behaviors (Lee & Allen, 2002), and Creativity at Work Questionnaire (Tayrny et al., 1999), respectively. Data from the questionnaire using the Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise regression analysis was analyzed.
Results: The results showed that psychological capital Oxford Happiness r=0/538 at (p<0/01) has a positive and significant relationship between psychological capital and organizational citizenship behavior r=0/369 in (p<0/01) is a positive correlation. Psychological capital with creativity r=0/251 at (p<0/01) is a significant relationship. The results showed that the Oxford Happiness OCB r=0/358 at (p<0/01) with creativity and r=0/316 at (p<0/01) is a positive correlation.
Conclusion: The results of this study can be said that psychological capital is a significant factor for increased happiness, creativity and organizational citizenship behaviors.

بر اساس دیدگاه وجودی، ما انسان ها از کسانی که دنیا را با آن ها سهیم هستیم، جدا نمی باشیم. تربیت ع... more بر اساس دیدگاه وجودی، ما انسان ها از کسانی که دنیا را با آن ها سهیم هستیم، جدا نمی باشیم. تربیت عقاید شخصی ما تا حد زیادی از والدین ما سرچشمه گرفته اند. بنابراین، ما باید از کسانیکه در طی سالیان سال بر طرز فکرمان تأثیر گذاشته اند قدردانی فراوانی به عمل آوریم. کتاب حاضر مجموعه ای از آثار مربوط به روابط وجودی می باشد. این کتاب نتیجه کار گروهی با چندین نویسنده می باشد، کسانیکه به طور محسوس و مستقیم الهام بخش ما در گردآوری مجموعه حاضر بوده اند. ما (امی ون دورزن و یاکوو) به طور مشترک در مورد تألیف این کتاب برنیامدیم زیرا به دنبال مجموعه ای با خصوصیات متفاوت بودیم. از همین رو بر آن شدیم این کار را با مشارکت چندین مولف و در نظر گرفتن تجارب و دیدگاه های متفاوت انجام دهیم. مشارکت در این کار فرآیندی آزاد بوده و در مقایسه با کار انفرادی، نتیجه بدست آمده راضی کننده تر بوده است. ما از درمانگران وجودی مجربی که فصول این کتاب را نوشته اند بسیار سپاسگزار هستیم، به خصوص به خاطر تعهدشان در ارائه زمینه های جدید کار در درمان وجودی و همچنین به خاطر صبر و حوصله فراوانی که از همان ابتدای کار که ایده های گرد آوری این کتاب پرورش داده می شد تا مرحله چاپ از خود نشان دادند. به هرحال، افتخار واقعی این کتاب به گذشتگان تعلق دارد: از سقراط گرفته تا بودا، از ارسطو تا یاسپر، از کی یرکگارد تا سارتر و از کامو گرفته تا نیچه. اینان افراد بزرگی هستند که ما بر گفتار خردمندانه آن ها تکیه کرده ایم و دِینی بی حد و حصر به آن ها داریم. امیدواریم در این کتاب مطالب گذشتگان به نحو مطلوب ارائه شده باشند و در همین حال برای آیندگان نیز مطالب ارزشمندی به جا گذاشته باشیم.
