Thank you for your generous review. We're so glad to have hosted you for almost a year, and we are happy to know that signing up was a fast and smooth process.

It is always our goal to provide a prompt and personal experience to everyone who stays with us, and making amenities and services easily available and accessible is our first priority.

We are also encouraged to know that the people whom you stayed with were great housemates to have. That is often the most important and underrated fact about co-living, and we are excited to know that we've nailed it right in this house. This is largely because of our stringent yet friendly resident selection process, to ensure we welcome like-minded friends into our households.

Thank you for also pointing out that our videos depict our rooms accurately, as this is how everyone who stays with us, books a room. And we take great detail, care and pride, in setting up our rooms, and ensuring what you see, is what you get!

Reviews that come from our own residents who have stayed with us, tried and tested our houses and rooms, speak of genuine experiences of which we are deeply appreciative of.

Thank you for making our Bentleigh East house your home for almost a year, and placing your trust in us, from booking our room just based on our walkthrough videos, to the last day you flew home.

It was a pleasure hosting you guys, and always great to meet and great you when I was at the house. Thank you also for taking excellent care of your room, and leaving it in fantastic condition with you moved out.

Wonderful residents like you are what makes our houses a wonderful home for those who stay with us.

The Team is greatly appreciative of your generous contributions to the house during your stay. An extra pair of skilled hands have been a blessing to us and the household at large.

Thank you for staying with us the past few months and providing us an honest review. We are happy to know you’ve found it a great place to stay.

You are spot on to say that disorganised residents can often cause a place to be perceived as unwelcoming.

In the case of your experience, we recognise that the kitchen was a source of consternation at times, due to a select few who have not developed the regular habit of cleaning up after their own use.

Having said that, our House Rules do cover such situations, as well as our professional cleaner attending weekly.

As made known to the house, prompt and timely reports of the kitchen being dirtied from a clean condition, works with greater efficiency, compared to accumulative frustration.

As our common areas are monitored by security cameras, we were able to support you, and address the situation with responsible resident, directly.

It takes everyone’s connected and vigilant efforts, to maintain a high and consistent standard of cleanliness.

We also recognise as a co-living environment, living with others also means a certain level of co-living tolerance, and accepting that others may not always meet our exacting standards and expectations of cleanliness.

As we often say, a co-living home is a ‘marriage’ of community and tolerance.

Nonetheless. we appreciate your stay and we wish you all the best in your next season!

It was lovely having you and Stella, and if not for the change of job circumstances, would have loved to continue having both of you. It was a pity I didn't get to chat more with you ladies. It's always wonderful hearing our residents's work experiences here when they visit Melbourne.

Thank you for keeping Room 1 so beautifully clean and tidy during your stay. You were perhaps the most clean, if not one of the top 5 of the Cleanliness Charts!
