For my recent landscaping project, I needed a 7 cubic meter skip bin to handle the green waste. The service was fantastic from start to finish! The delivery was punctual, and the driver ensured the bin was placed perfectly for easy access. The skip bin was in great condition, clean, and spacious enough to accommodate all the garden rubbish I had. Ordered skip for my daughter who has 6 children and needed help with excess waste she overloaded skip rather than knock on door and ask for extra money to cover costs or send email with bill was $30 for extra excess weight per 100kg ? I think something like that instead they threw the extra rubbish on her driveway

I am extremely disappointed with HomeCycle's service. I left three bags of plastic bags at my front door for collection today. At 8am, I received a missed call and a text message stating that my items were out of scope and were not collected. As I was at work, I couldn't answer the call. Upon reviewing my home CCTV footage, I discovered that the driver didn't even approach my house! They simply drove past in the van without getting out to inspect the items. I have a screenshot showing the van driving away without ever approaching my driveway or triggering the recording. How could they determine that my items were out of scope if they never got out of the vehicle to check? If they had actually come to my front door, they would have seen the three bags of soft plastics that I left out, exactly as specified. This is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of professionalism and diligence. I expect a prompt resolution to this issue.

Their rubbish removal service is top-notch! They were punctual, polite, and got the job done in no time. Our space feels so much cleaner and more organized now.
