5lb baby lamb leg, cleaned
4 garlic cloves, quartered 

Marinade:
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbs white vinegar 
1 tbs garlic powder
1 tbs onion powder
2 tsp paprika 
4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbs fresh thyme leaves
1 tbs fresh oregano leaves 

Sauce/Aromatics:
3 cups chicken broth
Juice of 2 large lemons
6 garlic cloves, quartered 
3 sprigs rosemary
3 sprigs thyme 
3 sprigs oregano 
1 large onion, quartered
6 bay leaves 
Half a lemon, cut into wedges

Clean the lamb leg well with salt, lemon, and white vinegar. Then place in your baking tray and pat dry. Cut slits into the lamb with a sharp knife, then stuff each slit with quarter of a garlic clove. Mix together the marinade and pour over the lamb.
