Curry Leaves Powder also known as Karivepaku Podi in Telugu and Karuveppilai Podi in Tamil, is a lesser known spiced dry chutney powder made with fresh curry leaves, lentils & spices.

This dry chutney powder is simply delicious and can spice up your meal anytime.

Mom has so many variations of green podi - main ingredient being curry leaves. This version is a combination of moringa leaves, curry leaves, black and white sesame seeds and some spices. Super nutritious and yum!

You can devour it with hot ghee rice or top your idlis, dosas, upma, salads, sandwiches and so on.

Take equal quantities of Curry Leaves and Moringa Drumstick) Leaves. You can skip Moringa if you don't find.
Wash and dry the leaves.

Microwave them for 1-2 minutes as per the quantity and water content. You can SUNDRY them as well for a day if weather permits.
