I LOVE Pancakes. And, I love cake. SO, what better way to start any special day than with Cake Batter Pancakes?! It does taste just like you're eating cake for breakfast, but it doesn't hurt to treat yourself every now and then!

This easy recipe for Cake Mix Pancakes requires just a box of cake mix and 3 other simple ingredients and will make your weekend breakfasts so fun!

All you need are two ingredients, cake mix and milk or milk substitute. (If necessary, the second ingredient can be substituted with plain ol' water.
