Bowie

Good morning everyone, today I am here with my 'W'ednesday post for Magnolia-licious, I have decided to go with another of the new Saturated Canary stamps.

I have coloured Bowie with Inktense pencils. The card base is a gift off a crafty friend, thank you so much sweetie. The papers are from Maja Designs Coffee In The Arbour 6x6 paper pad. I think it's called Out Of The Box technique that I've used to have her bow outside of the circle die.

I have used one of the new sparkly round pearl buttons from Live and Love Crafts.

White on White at Magnolia-licious

Good morning everyone, today I am here with my White on White card for Magnolia-licious.

I have coloured It's Cold Outside Tilda with my Inktense pencils, then used puff applique and chunky white frantage for the snow. This is the first time I have made a card like this, I love how it makes the image pop.

On the smaller square of white card I have embossed snowflakes with details white embossing powder, just to bring a tad of dimension.

I have used one of the images from the latest Saturated Canary release, Jeans and a Tee, the '2015' has been cut out using Typewriter Number Dies, which are currently on sale from Magnolia-licious.

I know this is a holiday blog hop, but, I am based in the UK, so to me the holidays are not only Christmas, but also the New Year, so I have made a desk calendar. I used my Scor Pal to measure and score my card, I have made photo calendars for years, so I have had the punch and binding machine for ages.

I made the pin myself, the papers are from Maja Designs Vintage Spring basics, the lace, pearls and pom pom trim are from The Ribbon Girl.

Fancy Folds at Magnolia-Licious

Morning everyone, I'm here with my card for the Fancy Folds challenge over at Magnolia-licious.

I have coloured Edwin With Teo The Dragon with Inktense pencils. The papers are all from Magnolia, I forgot I had so many still to come down from the attic, they work perfectly with this image.

This card is an adaptation of the Joy Fold card, I don't like adding lots of embellies to boy cards, so adding that little bit of oomph adding the extra folds works lovely.

The son tag is part of the Family Sentiments Set, I have used black top stitching thread, gray hessian and some stardust stickles.

Morning everyone, I'm here today with my inspiration card for Wee Wednesday over at Magnolia-licious, did you know that Diana now sells Saturated Canary rubber stamps???? They are on sale too, what a great Christmas pressie to yourself ;)

This cutie is Casey, she has been coloured with Inktense pencils, I loved colouring her hair.

The papers are from Maja Designs Shall We Have Coffee collection, the edges have been distressed with a Tim Holtz tool after it had been cut with an On The Edge Bracket die.

I have made the pin myself. Most of the flowers, the lace, pom pom trim, pearls and stardust stickles are from The Ribbon Girl.

Monochrome at Magnolia-licious

Morning everyone. Brrr, summer has definitely gone on the North East coast of England, there is a nip in the air this morning, and I'm almost contemplating putting the heating on...

Today sees the start of a new challenge at Magnolia-licious, our theme this time is Monochromatic.

Not a fully white or cream flower in sight, so unusual for me, lol. Tilda has been coloured with Inktense pencils, with stardust stickles and liquid pearls.

The paper is from Maja Designs Coffee In The Arbour 6x6 paper pad. The laces, trims, flowers and pearls are from both The Ribbon Girl and Live and Love Crafts, but I have had some of them for ages and they might not still be available, but if you need help finding something give me shout and I will point you in the right direction.

Flower Fairy

Morning everyone, I'm here, a day late, with my Wee Wednesday make for Magnolia-licious.

I have coloured one of the fairies from Flower Fairies by Sylvia Zet with Inktense pencils.

The papers are from Maja Designs Coffee In The Arbour, the edges have been distressed with Walnut Stain ink.

The buckle was part of my birthday present off a crafty friend, thank you sweetie, I'm not sure that I will be able to part with them all though.

Get Well Soon at Totally Tilda

Morning everyone, time for a new challenge over at Totally Tilda, our theme for you this fortnight is 'Get Well Soon'.

I have coloured Tilda in with Inktense Pencils. The tag has been cut using a Martha Stewart punch, I have had those teeny letters for ages, and can't remember where they're from.

The papers are from Pion Designs Flower Frames, the edges have been distressed with Walnut Stain ink.

The 5mm self adhesive pearls, liquid pearls, stardust stickles, rose organza and lace are all from The Ribbon Girl.

Rowan Fairy

Morning, I'm here with my make for Wee Wednesday over at Magnolia-licious, I have used Rowan Fairy by Sylvia Zet.

I have used Inktense pencils to colour her in, added oodles of glamour dust to her wings and white pen to the berries.

The papers are from Maja Designs 'Shall We Have Coffee' collection, I love the purples in this papers. The edges have been distressed with a Tim Holtz tool. The cream teeny tiny trim, faux silk, ivory rose organza and 5mm self adhesive pearls are all from The Ribbon Girl.

Christmas In July From Magnolia-licious

Hi everyone, we're half way through out current challenge of Christmas In July over at Magnolia-licious, and here is my card.

I decided that I wanted to colour some of the mini's up that I have, my first thought was to make 3 little cards, but when I had them coloured I realised they made a cute little scene. The papers are from Maja Design, and I have distressed the edges with a Tim Holtz tool.

and Mini In The Snow Heart Tilda with Inktense pencils, the snow is a applique pen.

Summer Buggy Fun at Magnolia-licious

Seriously, who is pinching the days and the hours, I'm here a bit late with my card for our latest challenge over at Magnolia-licious, our theme is Summer Buggy. 

I have decided that I need to ink up some of my unused rubber, and here is another cutie that hadn't seen ink yet! I have once again used my pencils to colour her in, and added some glamour dust for a bit of sparkle too.
