This is my second course with get licenced and I have to say the standard has been impressive so far
My trainer Shaun Storey managed in 2 days to Edu-tain me into passing the practical with self evident experience. My assessor Ahmed Imtiaz managed to turn something I was nervous about into something easily done from his introduction and Invigilator Shamila Ayub just like last time is lovely and really nice. Thanks for being so professional guys.
If you are taking the First aid course or the Emergency First aid At Work (EFAW) training course, i highly recommend you do it. You learn new skills that will benefit you and will help you save a life out there in the real world.
My EFAW course instructor did an amazing job! He is so relaxed, chill, smart, easy to approach if you have any questions and he has experience in what he is teaching. Honestly, Adam is such an amazing instructor and genuinely is a good guy.
The course is easy and everything thats taught is taught clearly and very well.

Normally at school I can’t focus for one hour but with the course my supervisor had me locked in, it was like he knew when to switch up what we were learning from time to time with practical lessons. The lesson was not robotic like I thought it would be. Although we do go through the text book my instructor Matt gave us his own personal experience and stories which made learning all the more worthwhile knowing it will be a huge help for my career as a Door supervisor.
Overall I would like my school teachers to take a note on Matt teaching skills as it was top notch, funny and intriguing.
Adam and Phil where official tbh very engaging and easy to learn from; they thoroughly go through everything to pass the course. With these 2 teaching i find it hard to belive anyone can fail the course

Excellent way of coaching by Get licensed very helpful and knowledgeable team from the coach to invigilator . I can recommend anyone to get their Door supervisor course thru Getlicensed .

The course was very good. Had an excellent instructor, who was engaging and patient with all the pupils. He fostered nice camaraderie amongst us making us all believe we could pass. My second Get Licensed course and I would and will recommend it to anyone!

Firstly cancelled the course i was booked due to financial issues with the venue, as told by the person on the phone, rescheduled at the same venue a week later to be moved again to another venue where parking costs where incurred when pervious venue there were no parking cost. Trainer for the course was brilliant, guardpass and qual app are brilliant tools. Trainer and apps give it 4 stars would have had 5 if they didnt mess you around with the bookings.

I do not feel that when booking a course over the phone you are given enough information as to what e-learning you should complete. There is at least 7 hours of e-learning before you attend the course and if you do not complete every section they send you home which is embarrassing in front of other people. It costs more money to rebook I will not use this company ever again.
Further to my review they don't tell you that a lot of the training is on your phone so if you do not have enough charge on your phone you cannot complete the training so make sure you take your charger to any training or be sent home and pay a rebooking fee, rip off

This course is very much written by men to deal with men. I felt like there needs to be more information about statistics and actual crimes happening further than “sexual offences happen”. Within my course there were several young men who giggled when a rape case was presented, and their main concern about a trans person was them going into the woman’s bathroom to “Perv on women”. There 100% needs to be more education on what actually happens during the night time scene. Also when it comes to self defence and how to de-escalate conflict there should be extra provisions within training women as you cannot give the same advice for women as men. And men on the course should be further educated how to support women within your team and things to look out for. I didn’t feel connected to this course at all at times due to the way it was being taught and examples given.
Shaan listened to my concerns and gave me a voice to speak of which i’m grateful for.
Adam needs is incredible professional and needed for our group as there’s time where people weren’t taking it seriously.
