1 egg
1/2 cup water
1/4 tsp salt
Filling of your choice (potato, cheese, or meat)

Instructions:

Mix flour, egg, water, and salt to form dough.
Roll out dough and cut into circles.
Add filling and fold into dumplings.
Boil in salted water for 3-5 minutes, then serve with sour cream or onions.
