Twisted Clay on Instagram: "Trimming these lidded pots definitely has a lot of steps. When we do these in our studio classes, I call this part centering for days. It feels like each step you have to re-center to be sure you are trimming properly. Personally I feel the end product is definitely worth all the centering. If you are not into meticulous pots though, this might not be the project for you or if you do decide to tackle it, just make one or two of them so you don’t get frustrated by the last one. Having said that, these seem to get quite a bit of use at my house. They seem like a useless but cute jar, but the fact that they are small makes them very versatile. I have small jars that are used in my kitchen and bedroom. I seem to always need a small jar to store something."
