You are alive, but most of the time you don’t KNOW you are alive. Seriously, though. Meditate on this long enough and you’ll find that the only reason we do “exciting” things is to remember, to feel, to perceive the gift of life. Which was always there in the first place. But our new awareness made us discover it again, get in touch with it again. And feel on top of the world. Here is my list of 55 things that can make you feel alive…

Your passions are the things that make you feel alive, energized, and fully engaged. They are the activities or subjects that you are naturally drawn to and feel excited to pursue. Think about the activities or topics that you find yourself naturally drawn to or excited about. Consider the things you enjoy doing in your free time or that make you lose track of time when you’re engaged in them. Knowing your passions provides clarity.
