Colourful light christmas tree

Christmas trees are appearing in homes throughout the country and families prepare for the holiday season.

Mixed white lights with colored lights this year and love the results. My tree in a Behren's galvanized wash tub is a fun new twist, too. (Behren's is a local company in Winona where we live).

The festive season always comes with at least a tiny bit of nostalgia. On Christmas, most of us would go visit our relatives, give gifts, sit around the table, and unavoidably reminisce about the good old days of childhood.
