Being a better parent than your own

WOW so true. When you can't control them you turn on them. You should be happy one of your kids has a mind of their own and has a great life.. but you aren't because it is better than yours and she doesn't bow to your every request like the other 2. Sad parenting failure.

Estranged parents: “Help! Help! We spent years treating our children as less than and now we want all the perks that come with treating them with love and respect.” It’s 2024, and we’ve fixed the “but they’re your parents” glitch. Adult children who feel loved and respected by their parents work to stay in relationship with said parents and adult children who don’t feel loved and respected by their parents can estrange said parents, no guilt attached.

Sometimes Mother’s Day just sucks. There’s nothing wrong with you if Mother’s Day is hard. #mothersday #mothersdayuk
