The Ætherial Corporation's Observancy Department appear to have used these records to understand how each Field Agent's emotions affected their observations and findings. 

Once an Agent completed their yearly record they would simply note the end date and start a fresh record.

This is a daily journal to accompany the Field Agent Handbooks series, an always-on solo RPG/LARP to play with when out and about. All the books are written as an in-world artefacts from the 1920s, made for you to note your observations about the world around you through a lens of suspicion but can be used for any note-taking activity
