卡塔尔－马来西亚关系（馬來語：Hubungan Qatar-Malaysia）是指卡塔尔和马来西亚之间的双边关系，卡塔尔于2004年在吉隆坡设有一间大使馆，[1][2]而马来西亚也在多哈设有一间大使馆。[3]

两国之间的外交关系多体现于经贸往来[4]。2011年12月5日，卡塔尔时任埃米尔谢赫哈迈德到访马来西亚与首相纳吉·阿都拉萨会晤举行联合新闻发布会，并宣布两国之间设立总值20亿美元的投资基金，在管理、法律和人权领域上展开区域合作计划。同时，马来西亚一方有邀卡塔尔方面到柔佛依斯干达特区进行投资[2][5]。
