Hyrule Circuit is a track in Mario Kart 8.[name references needed] It is part of the Triforce Cup which is included in the The Legend of Zelda × Mario Kart 8 DLC pack in Mario Kart 8 and part of the base game in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.

Features and Overview

The track takes place in Hyrule Field and Hyrule Castle, and features a medley of various Zelda songs as its theme. While racing in it, all Coins are replaced by Rupees. The starting line features The Legend of Zelda logo, banners and tents with the Royal Crest, and Soldiers, Toads, and Shy Guys as spectators. After taking a ramp and gliding, the track continues into the outside of Hyrule Castle, eventually leading to its interior. Once inside, three switches that can be use to receive a Spin Boost can be hit in order to activate a ramp leading to the Master Sword. After exiting the castle's interior, a bridge leads to a village section. During the last section of the track leading to the starting line, Deku Babas and Keese appear as obstacles, replacing Piranha Plants and Swoops respectively.
