Then fry the chicken for a couple minutes. In a clean pot heat oil, sauté green season with tomato paste and a little bit of the broth on medium high. Sauté until it turns into a smooth paste. Add remaining chicken broth and water to dilute. Once it comes to a boil, taste your sauce, if needed add chicken bouillon. Add your fried chicken, let it cook for a few minutes, then add fresh aromatics and garnishes, scotch bonnet pepper sauce, lime juice.
