I have to fulfill some orders so I thought I share some sand casting tips since I’ve been casting a lot lately. This signet ring is cast in lead-free pewter. The ring size when cast is 7.25. The sealing image is Freyja riding her cat drawn chariot. This is part of a series of signet rings I am making cast from lead-free pewter. Each master ring is hand sculpted to give a unique, rustic style, multi-dimensional relief image when used as a stamp to seal, with sealing wax. Freyja wax seal signet ring
This signet ring is cast in lead-free pewter. The ring size when cast is 7.25. The sealing image is Freyja riding her cat drawn chariot. This is part of a series of signet rings I am making cast from lead-free pewter. Each master ring is hand sculpted to give a unique, rustic style, multi-dimensional relief image when used as a stamp to seal, with sealing wax.
This collaborative piece will be a limited run of 50 rings and then never to be made again. Each ring will be internally stamped 1-50. Continuing on from out first collaboration this piece was designed in collaboration with our friends at the Nook Store and hand carved by yours truly each ring will be made to order please allow 2-4 weeks production time. "Petals of Providence" is a circle faced signet ring made in solid 925 sterling silver. I remember when as a kid I saw a movie called Night of the Lepus, a vast, wandering movie about bunnies stricken with some virus that made them zombify and grow, all shot from below in lo-fi something or other.
