EASY TOFU
10min · 2 servings Recipe: • RECIPE (2 servings, 10min prep time): • -400g firm tofu, pat dried • -2 Tbsp cornstarch • -salt to taste • Tear the tofu into chunks and combine with corn starch and salt. • Fry in oil until crispy OR bake at 180C/360F for 20mins. • Sauce: • -4 Tbsp soy sauce • -2 Tbsp white wine or balsamic vinegar • -2 Tbsp agave or maple syrup • -optionally hot sauce • -1 Tsp garlic powder and ginger powder • -2 Tsp corn starch • -1/8 cup (30ml) water • Mix and add it to the hot pan. • Stir whilst heating up until thickened and stir in the tofu. evt. 1 spsk ketchup break the pieces of tofu small as they are crispier
