Yu Xiang Qie Zi {鱼香茄子}, or literally translates as fish fragrant eggplant, is a well-liked traditional Sichuan {Szechuan} food featuring eggplant stir fried with sweet spicy garlic sauce featuring DuoJiao and Doubanjiang.
