Oh, helloooooo again school! (And this blog, which I have neglected for a bit - Whoops!) Every year, I create a bulletin board right outside my classroom door with the kids' names on it. This year's recruitment was life changing. So many hours of work went into making it a great experience for the girls who came through, and it definitely paid off!
