To make it even healthier and gluten-free, I’ve substituted almond flour for wheat flour. Here’s more about almond sukhdi  Ingredients: * 2 cups almond flour * 1 cup ghee * 1 cup jaggery * 1 tsp cardamom powder * Dry fruits for garnish Instructions: * Heat a pan and add 1 cup of ghee to it.
