Lot 1 Design has completed the Preston House, a light-filled modern home for a family of five in Sydney, Australia.

BlauHaus seamlessly marries gabled and flat roof sections, united by an elevated roof deck. The exterior is clad in a combination of cementitious siding and standing seam metal panels adorned with striking red accents. Inside, the space is a sanctuary from the bustle of daily life, bathed in natural light pouring through window walls, featuring bamboo floors, and vibrant red accents echoing the exterior.

House in Ishikiri by Tato Architects is made up of steel, concrete and wooden volumes that reference the ad-hoc extensions of the local neighbourhood.
