Big Pinch Sea Salt 100g Plain Non Fat Greek Yogurt 60g Sugar Free Pancake Syrup 2 Large Egg (room temperature) 30g Mini Chocolate Chips *Yes the blend of flours I use is essential. Each plays a unique roll in achieving the soft and chewy end product. *If you use a low quality protein powder, please don’t make this recipe. It makes up such a big part of the recipe and it’ll turn out terrible. Only high quality whey/casein protein powder will yield an amazing end product. *If you want to sub cookie butter powder, use 20g more protein powder and 20g powdered peanut butter. ❇️ Directions: 1️⃣ Add all your dry ingredients into a bowl and mix to avoid clumping. Then add your wet ingredients and mix till you get a cookie dough consistency. Then add your mini chocolate chips and mix those in. 2️⃣ Line an oven safe pan with parchment paper and then use a small cookie scooper to add 18 dough balls to the pan. 3️⃣ Then lightly wet your fingers and press the cookie dough balls into a cookie shape. 4️⃣ Add to oven on 350 degrees F for EXACTLY 4 minutes. No more, no less. 5️⃣ Then let set for 15-30 minutes. It’s hard to not want to touch them but trust me just let them chill! Then it’s time to enjoy! *I’ve noticed these are even better after being in the fridge overnight!
