Type constraints doubt
[edit]In terms of type (class (P2308)) constraints, it seems clear to me that audio track (Q7302866) is appropriate, and since also musical work (Q2188189) and song (Q7366) were present, I added musical performance (Q6942562), which is actually nearer to the recording in the ontology... but all this can be debated, so I raise the attention to this issue. --FedericoMorando (talk) 08:11, 10 November 2020 (UTC)
Partially broken URL formatter
[edit]Apparently ISRC-codes are issued not only by isrc.ifpi.org, but also by its regional subsidiaries. In that case identifier won't be available on isrc.ifpi.org. This affects constraint Property:P2207#P2207$ce0ca73a-4539-0879-3bb8-2066e08c2511 (ping @User:Trade): indeed, it is not possible to publish a recording on Spotify without ISRC code, and there is a website https://www.isrcfinder.com/ to convert Spotify IDs to ISRC codes (available through public Spotify API), but identifiers from publishers like TuneCore, e. g. TCADL1862911 from Q50565147, emits no results in isrcsearch.ifpi.org, but visible on Spotify. Unfortunately, no workarounds. --Lockal (talk) 10:50, 1 September 2021 (UTC)
API
[edit]There is free (at the time of writing) API for getting data based on a ISRC
