A member of staff who made a ‘significant error of judgement’ by bringing a fishing knife into a Chalvey school has avoided a ban from the teaching profession.
A member of staff who made a ‘significant error of judgement’ by bringing a fishing knife into a Chalvey school has avoided a ban from the teaching profession.
The inspection was the first to be carried out at the school since Ofsted made the decision to scrap ‘overall effectiveness’ ratings.
Property developer Redsky Homes built 51 flats at Willow Tree House on Station Road and let them out, despite only having permission for 41.
The plans were for 32 assisted living flats in place of a hostel in Lansdowne Avenue - in the system since December 2023.
Talks are ongoing to try and resolve the dispute but Transport for London has warned if the strike goes ahead, there will be no Elizabeth line services running between Abbey Wood and Reading/Heathrow.
