Hi all and welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge

Thank you for joining us for the Dies Challenge and we hope you will all join us again this week too.

The lovely folks over at Simon Says Stamp are generously giving away a FABULOUS $25 voucher to shop at the  Simon Says Stamp Store! All you have to do is take out your crafty supplies, make something following this week’s prompt, and add a link in the Inlinkz at the bottom of this post! Anita used a slimline envelope as a cover for some mini notes that she created. She added decorative details using Distress Inks and Acrylic Paints with using a Simon Says Stamp ‘Overlapping Drops’ Cling Stamp and The Crafter’s Workshop ‘Collage Elements’ 6×6 Stencil.

Andrea made a gift tag using Pretty Pink Posh’s Fringe Tree die. The tag was made using a Gina K’s Beautiful Bookmarks Die Set and the sentiment is from a Tim Holtz’s Seasonal Scribbles Stamp Set. She also used Simon Says Stamp Circle Loops Dies and Trinity Stamps’ Polkadot Background Stamp.

Anna-Karin recycled a small gift box and turned it into a box for a small Christmas gift. She used the Simon Says Stamp Tall Poinsettia Die to create the flowers. The pine needles were die cut with the Simon Says Stamp Pine Needle Cluster and the sentiment comes from the Poinsettia Swag Set which was also used to stamp the inside of the lid.

Barbara created a small confectionery station as a Christmas present to give to her best friend along with a small gift card envelope made using Sizzix Postale Thinlits Dies, She used Tim Holtz Idea-ology 2024 Christmas Santa Mug, Idea-ology Christmas Confections, Tim Holtz Idea-ology Snowglobes, and Tim Holtz Idea-ology Baseboard Window Frames. She used Ranger Ink Distress Rock Candy Crystal Clear Glitter and a sentiment from a Stampers Anonymous Home For Christmas Stamp Set.

Kath created a card inspired by the song lyric “brown paper packages tied up with string” using Tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous Forest Floor 2 and Santa Visit stamp sets, Forest Floor 2 co-ordinating dies, Lawn Fawn White Hemp Twine and postage stamps from Tim Holtz/Idea-ology Postmarked Sticker Book.

Lols made a Wine Bottle Gift Bag using Tim Holtz Elclectic Elements Alchemy Fabric. For the tag she used a Simon Says Stamp Large Tag Die and a Tim Holtz DieCember Be Of Good Cheer Die Set. For the background she used Prize Ribbon and Faded Jeans Distress Spritz along with a Simon Says Stamp Falling Snow Stencil and Texture Paste. She finished with a Tim Holtz Christmas Sentiment Sticker

Maura created a trio of gift card holders using the Tim Holtz STAMPtember set, Tim Holtz Christmas Background papers, Simon Says Stamp Rainbow Splash cardstock, and rounded off the edges with Spellbinders Corner Rounder

Meihsia was inspired to wrap a holiday gift with Tim Holtz idea-ology 2024 Christmas Backdrops, and decorated it with Tim Holtz idea-ology Christmas Candy Confections Bundle and Tim Holtz idea-ology 2024 Christmas Layers and Paper Dolls.

Zoey used Tim Holtz Sizzix DieCember Be of Good Cheer and Tim Holtz Sizzix Vintage Sled to decorate her gift wrap! She also used Coats and Clark RAINBOW 6 Strand Embroidery Floss (in red) to add thread to her package. For the gift card she used the Tim Holtz Sizzix postale

Anita made a large tag featuring the Tim Holtz Sizzix ‘Perspective Moth’ thinlits die with Simon Says Stamp ‘Medium Dots’ stencil, and an acrylics-filled background using The Crafter’s Workshop ‘Collage Elements’ 6×6 stencil and Tim Holtz ‘Newsprint and Type’ cling rubber stamp.

Andrea made this faux-Rolodex type of card using AALL & Create’s Galactic Edges die set and their Heartnook die set. She also did some stamping with Elizabeth Craft Designs’ Measurements stamp set. The sentiment is from Dina Wakley’s Typed Media Ledgers, Set 1.

Anna-Karin made a winter/Christmas card this week. The two cute snowmen were die cut with Simon Says Stamp Arthur the Snowman and Oliver the Snowman. The background as made with the Simon Says Stamp EZ Strips Rectangles die in combination with Rock Candy Glitter.

Barbara got into the Christmas spirit and created two tags using different die cuts: Tim Holtz Sizzix Vault Winter Wishes Thinlits Dies and Simon Says Stamp Home For Christmas Wafer Dies. She used various stamp sets to complete the tags, including Home For Christmas by Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous. To color she chose Ranger Distress Ink Pads in traditional Christmas colors.

Emma created a background on her Etcetera Tag project using the snowflake die from the Sizzix Vault Winter Wishes Thinlits Die Set by Tim Holtz. She added more die cuts using the Vault Festive Wreath to cut and create dimension to the floral arrangement on the left of the tag before completing her make with a Paper Doll wrapped up in his scarf made with idea-ology Mummy Cloth Trimming.

Kath created a winter card using Simon Says Stamp Postage Collage Cover and Festive Snowman dies from the DieCember release and Willow Snowflake die to create a sparkling centrepiece. She stamped the snowflake from Home For The Holidays and sentiment from the Winter Wonderland stamp sets.

Macarena prepared a set of tags to be attached to the Chritmas gifts. She used the sweet Tim Holtz Sizzix DieCember Be of Good Cheer dies. She cut out small frames with Tim Holtz Sizzix Vintage Labels dies and added some greenery with Penny Black Ascending die.

Maura was thinking of all the snowbirds who head south around this time of the year. She made a tag using Simon Says Stamp’s Standing Whirl Bird die, added marks with Paper Artsy Kate Crane KC005 stamps on top of a painted background using Dina Wakley acrylic paints like Lime and Peacock.

Meihsia was inspired to create a mixed media tag using Tim Holtz idea-ology 2024 Christmas Backdrops on the background, and decorated it with Tim Holtz Sizzix DieCember Be of Good Cheer and Tim Holtz idea-ology 2024 Christmas Layers and Paper Dolls.

Zoey used Tim Holtz Sizzix Vault Festive Wreath Thinlits to decor her tag. She also used Tim Holtz Distress Crackle Paste Translucent and a bunch of distress ink spray. For her sentiment she used Tim’s Stickers and to add some more shine, she used Distress Mica Stain.
