I am a qualified nutritional therapist and NLP practitioner, based in Todmorden, England. CREATIVE WRITING
I write and perform poetry - largely about my experiences of motherhood and the themes of loss and longing. I am working on a collection of poems – Body of Work: Body of Love – which explores how my relationship with my body has been transformed through my relationship with my children. Every part of my body holds memories of my children – their weight, their emotions, their energy. I also lead creative writing sessions with community groups, including mothers who are having a difficult time post natally or who have been diagnosed with post natal depression.view less
