    Products offered by our Group. Since the very beginning, at Rajkot Seamless Tube
    Pvt. Ltd., it has been our constant endeavour to be at the forefront of delivering
    superlative performance. Instead of resting on our laurels of past successes, we
    always look out for new challenges and goals to be accomplished. In every
    decade, has undoubtedly been an inspiring journey, spearheading our leading
    organisation. On this platform, it is very imperative to owe our success to our

    While my inspiration comes from the saying, "Be a Leader or Be with a Leader"
    which has been ingrained in my mind since childhood, I have always professed

    PROFILE

    Rajkot Seamless Tube Pvt. Ltd. (RSL) carbon steel seamless pipes
    manufacturing unit. has been set up as the latest advance manufacturing
    facility for Carbon Steels pipes & tubes products, in India. RSL is fully
    Automatic plant, and it is situated at Wankaner, Morbi one of the most
    dynamic area of Gujarat. just 200 Km. away from Ahmedabad. The location
    is well connected by N.H.27 and Gujarat's main two commercial ports
    Mundra and Kandla to cater to domestic and global markets. RSL has
    adopted the most advanced manufacturing techniques/processes (ACCU
    ROLL ROLLING MILL) to produce the core size range of pipes/tubes. RSL
    manufacture carbon steel hot-finished seamless (HFS) pipes & tubes are
    used in standard mechanical tubing, hydraulic cylinders applications,
    automotive, oil & gas Industries. RSL produces in various carbon steel
    grades and in an extensive dimensional range, our seamless steel pipes &
    tubes always guarantee excellent mechanical properties, very good in tight
    geometric tolerances. RSL has an installed capacity of 60,000 M.T annually.
    The highly advanced and sensitive production facilities ensure the highest
    standard of product parameters in terms of accuracy, geometry, length and
    surface finish. Having implemented a sophisticated customer management
    system, RSL is focused on providing shorter delivery lead times and post
    sales customer management. RSL team is enriched with years of experience
    and focuses on fulfilling customer's demands flawlessly.

    3) Tube/Pipe Maker under Indian Boiler Regulation-1950.

    Leading Third Party Inspecting authorities like EIL, LRA, Bureau


    Veritas, DNV, TUV IR-CLASS etc. regularly visit our manufacturing
    facilities for inspection while fulfilling various customer orders.
    QUALITY IS OUR MOTO

    Raw material :
    All incoming material is inspected in detail for
    mechanical and metallurgical defects.

    Macro Etch test: This is used to study the macro


    structure of raw material.

    Metallography: The micro structure of the material is


    examined in careful detail.

    Chemical Testing: The chemical properties of the steel


    are analysed using a 'Spectrolab’.

    Mechanical Testing: The material is also tested for its


    mechanical properties to check for Tensile strength,
    Hardness, Resilience to Impact, Bending, Flaring.
    Flattening.

    Hydrostatic Testing: Hydrostatic testing is conducted as


    per API, ASTM, DIN, IS or equivalent standards.

    Eddy current Testing: Eddy current testing is carried out


    to detect surface irregularities on the entire length of
    tube.

    Ultrasonic Testing: Ultrarsonic flaw detection equipment


    are used to verify the external and internal surface of
    the tubes and wall measurements along their length.
    This ascertains the soundness of the material in
    accordance with norms while meeting national and
    international.
