GENERAL RULE
The simple present tense in English is used to describe general facts, repeated
actions and habits, and things that are always true.

General facts
A dog has four legs.
Repeated actions and habits
I usually get up at 6.30.
Things that are always true
The sun rises in the East.
GENERAL RULE
With the personal pronouns I, You, We, and
They
The verb stays in the infinitive form.

Example: (Verb Play)


I play tennis.
EXCEPTION
In general, in the third person singular He, She, and It
 we add 'S’:

ES for the third person singular.
