EMPANADAS description

An empanada is a baked or fried dough. It can be made


with flour or corn dough.

In Colombia, they use precooked corn-


meal.

The most popular filling is ground beef with


potatoes designed.

but it can be filled with any meat or vegetable

It is usually accompanied by chili or tartar
