Work should be divided among the employees so that there would be
confusion. Eg: there are many medical professions so there is
division of work like neurologist, cardiologist etc.

Authority refers to right to give command to others. Responsibility means
that accountability towards their work. Eg in medical fields all the
doctors are responsible for their work as their profession is important
and they have to be alert every single time

There should be discipline as it helps the employees to work in an organized
manner. Every employee must follow rules and regulation of the
organization.
Unity of Command
There should be one boss who will give commands to its employees, to

It is the chain of all three levels of management i.e, employees will first report
to their immediate supervisor, then supervisor to manager and then
manager to top level management
Order
Man and material must be at the right time to avoid in any delay of
work which will improve the efficiency of the employees.

Equity
It means that there should be no judging their employee so that the
environment will be friendly. The behaviour towards employees
must be friendly
STAKEHOLDER RESPONSIBILITIES

 All of the board and members should set overall


organizational goals (including quality/safety focus),
improvement priorities, resource allocation.
 The CEO should provide both vision and support to
the company. He or she must connect well with the
staff and take feedback into account in his or her
leadership.

implementation.

role in helping to align with clinical objectives.
