About the Job
Position Overview
 As Manager / Senior Manager responsible for partner onboarding and strategy,
you will play a pivotal role in expanding our partner network and driving revenue
growth.

Your responsibilities will encompass the following:

o Initiate and manage end to end relationships with new / existing demand
partners, ensuring a seamless integration with our platform.
o Drive your team in closing new demand partners with focus on fast execution.
o Lead supply partners for new verticals.
o Coordinate with internal program / cross-functional teams for Go Live of your
partners.
o Lead negotiations and contract discussions with partners, ensuring favorable
terms and sustainable partnerships.
o Devise GTM strategies jointly with partners and coordinate with them for
implementation.
Your responsibilities will encompass the following:
o Monitor partner performance metrics and contribute insights for
continuous improvement and growth.

o Devise strategies to optimize the marketplace's performance.

o Actively scout for new demand partners, conduct market research, and
evaluate potential partnerships to enhance our service offerings.

o Create business case for onboarding new partners through demand


assessment.

o Explore opportunities for expansion into new verticals.

o Strategize and contribute to the overall growth and development of the


marketplace, aligning with business objectives.
Requirements :-
o Proven experience in a similar role within the travel, hospitality, or related
industries, with a track record of successful partnership lifecycle management.

o Prior experience in handling demand partnerships with Banks / Networks/ NBFCs.

o Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to foster relationships
and influence stakeholders at various levels.

o Proficiency in strategizing and executing plans to drive revenue growth and


optimize partnership performance.

o Understanding of the aviation and travel industry, with a focus on airport services.

o Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


o 8 yrs.+ experience in above fields.

o Bachelor’s / MBA degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA (as on November 01, 2023)

Candidates, intending to apply for above posts should ensure that they fulfil the minimum
eligibility criteria specified by Bank for respective posts. Please note that the eligibility
criteria specified herein are the basic criteria for applying for the post. Candidates must
necessarily produce the relevant documents pertaining to category, nationality, age,
educational qualifications, work experience, physical disability etc. in original along with a
photocopy thereof in support of their identity and eligibility as indicated in the online

application form at the time selection process or as and when required by the Bank. Please
note that no change of category as well as any other details will be permitted at any stage after
registration of the online application .

Parameter Junior Assistant Manager (JAM) Grade “O”

Age Minimum: 20 years


Maximum: 25 years
Educational Bachelor’s degree with minimum 60% for General and
Qualification# OBC candidates (55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates) in
any discipline from a University recognized/ approved by
Parameter Junior Assistant Manager (JAM) Grade “O”

The Government / Govt. Bodies viz., AICTE, UGC,


etc. Passing only a diploma course will not be
considered as qualifying the eligibility criteria.

Specific information/ instructions:

Junior Assistant Manager (JAM), Grade ‘O’

(i) Emoluments, & Career Prospects and Service Conditions

a) On joining the Bank’s services as Grade ‘O’, compensation on Cost to Company (CTC) basis would
range between Rs.6.14 lakh to Rs.6.50 lakh (Class A city) at the time of joining.
b) Annual increment shall be granted based on performance or any other parameters as decided by the Bank
from time to time.

b) The appointee would be covered under the IDBI Bank Ltd. New Pension Scheme (IBLNPS) rules,
2011, as amended / modified from time to time
(ii) Career Prospects

a) As per extant Bank’s norms (subject to amendments from time to time), Grade “O” officers shall be
considered for promotion to next cadre i.e. Grade 'A', on completion of 3 years of service. The same would
be subject to performance, availability of vacancies, other criteria, etc. These norms shall be as per then
prevalent Bank’s Promotion Policy, as amended from time to time.

b) The broad modalities of the selection process shall be decided by the Bank from time to time and would
be at its sole discretion.

(iii) Terms of appointment & Posting

a) Initial appointment for the post of Junior Assistant Manager will be on probation for a period of one year
from the date of joining (which can be extended at the discretion of the Bank).
