unmanned aerial vehicles with remote or
autonomous flight capabilities [3].

Problem statement
Current drones use lithium batteries
that are recyclable but have negative
environmental impacts during mining
and processing. The use of certain
plastics in drone construction also
harms the planet due to chemical
processing. Many companies, like
Amazon, require longer flight durations
for efficient operations. Solar drones
offer a solution by extending the flight
time of drones
