fluctuations in the cost of labour, materials, plant, equipment,

ATTENDANCE ON DIRECT CONTRACT WORKS:


Contractor shall coordinate the supply and delivery of
Server racks from NSCC (user) during the contract
period.

The Server racks can only be moved in after all


builder works are completed, and the completion of
heat bank test and T&C. Target dates for move in will
be provided to the awarded contractor. Contractor
shall ensure all necessary works are completed prior
to the delivery of server racks.
