    Responsibilities
    A: Good morning (Ma’am/Sir)
    B: Good morning, too. Wait, are you new here?
    A: Yes, I’m. What is your name (ma’am/sir)?
    B: My name is (name). And you?
    A: I'm (name). Nice to meet you (Mrs./Mr.) (name)
    B: So, what exactly do you do in the company?
    A: I’m responsible for new social media and marketing. I report directly to the head of marketing.
    B: What does that involve?
    A: I run the company’s social media and marketing. so, I will always post new activities and ideas that the
    company has so that it can attract the interest of colleagues who see it.
    B: Hmm like that. It sounds like you have an easy and interesting job.
    A: Yes, it’s very easy and interesting, but a little risky, too! If I am wrong in posting or marketing on social media,
    it could damage the good name of the company and even make the company's sales decrease.

    A Typical Day
    A: Congratulations for the employee of the year award. What time does it start in the morning?
    B: I aim to work at 7 a.m. Therefore, I left home at 6:30 a.m. by bus.
    A: Aren't your working hours flexible?
    B: Yes, but it depends on what is done at work. Normally I’m supposed to finish at 5 p.m. but I can also go home
    early when I’m done. but sometimes I take overtime to get extra bonuses.
    A: Did you go out for lunch?
    B: I usually bring lunch from home, but sometimes I also order food from outside or order from the company
    canteen.
    A: You really managed everything, no wonder you won employee of the year.

    Discussing a New Appointment
    A: Do you need anything with me (sir/maam)?
    B: Yes, I would like to discuss recruiting employees to replace the positions that were vacant yesterday.
    A: What kind of person are we looking for?
    B: We need someone who has worked as an eCommerce Marketing Specialist or must have at least 4 years of
    experience.
    A: What kind of skills are needed?
    B: Must have good communication skills. The people we recruit will be more likely to talk or even negotiate with
    clients. we need someone who can increase the company's sales.
    A: Totally agree. So where can we find this person?
    B: I think we should advertise it online and through recruiting agencies so we can quickly get the person we need.

    B: The new owner is going to build more facilities, make an agreement with Parker Company but 100 people are
    going to lose their job.

    few want to take early retirement.

    B: I’m really grateful working there. The salary is higher than my last job, even my expectation but the facilities
    is magnificent.
    A: How do you mean?
    B: There is a pool in a rooftop, Gym in the backyard with 2 Air-Conditioner. I could make a cup of tea every
    morning with no bill. Feel for free to use them all.
    A: Wow, You’re really lucky.
    B: Yes, I am. They even give us a free access for a ticket movie 5 times a year.
