Writing Tips: Informal Emails
1. You can begin your email by asking A. I'm just kidding., What a pain!, How cool is
how the other person is, for example, that?, What a shame!

2. In an informal email, you can use B. Cheers, Love, Lots of love, A big hug, Talk
emotional expressions such as soon, or simply Bye bye.
C. How are you?, How are things with you?,
3. To change the subject, you can use

Write an email to a friend (about 80-100 words). Imagine you are in a

 Ask your friend what he/ she is doing now
 Change the subject and tell your plan for tonight
 Tell your friend to write to you soon
 Finish with an appropriate ending
