ULTRASONIC SPOT REMOVAL
• The ultrasonic facial is a medically proven treatment that uses
ultrasound waves to loosen and remove dead skin cells and restore
the natural vibrancy.
• Ultrasonic spot removal can also refer to a cosmetic or
dermatological procedure used for the treatment of various skin
issues. In this context, ultrasonic technology is employed to target
and remove skin imperfections or lesions, such as age spots, moles,
warts, skin tags, and other benign growths. This procedure is often
referred to as "ultrasonic skin lesion removal" or "ultrasonic skin
treatment."
Benefits of ultrasonic facial treatment
• Stimulates Blood Circulation.
• creation of new collagen, the natural protein that gives skin its
youthful firmness and elasticity
• Aids in Lymphatic Drainage.
• Gently Exfoliates Away Dead Skin Cells.
• Increases Cell Metabolism.
• Cleanses Away Toxins.
• Enhances Skin Care Product Performance
• Tightens and Tones Neck, Body and Facial Skin.
• Diminishes Wrinkles and Fine Lines.
LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE
PROCEDURE

• Consultation: Before the procedure, you would typically have a

consultation with a qualified dermatologist or skincare specialist.
They will assess your skin condition, discuss your concerns, and
determine if ultrasonic spot removal is a suitable option for your
specific case.
• Cleansing: The treatment area is cleaned and prepared to ensure it is
free of oils, lotions, and dirt.
• Local Anesthesia: Depending on the size and location of the skin
lesion and your pain tolerance, a local anesthetic may be applied to
numb the area, ensuring you are comfortable during the procedure.
• Ultrasonic Device: The dermatologist or practitioner uses an ultrasonic
device specifically designed for skin treatments. This device emits high-
frequency sound waves to break down and disintegrate the targeted skin
lesion or spot.
• Spot Removal: The ultrasonic waves are applied to the lesion in a
controlled manner. The waves create localized heat, causing the targeted
tissue to break apart and disintegrate. The procedure aims to remove the
lesion without damaging the surrounding healthy skin.
• Post-Treatment Care: After the spot is removed, the area is cleaned, and
an antiseptic or antibiotic ointment may be applied to prevent infection.

VACUUM THERAPY UNIT FOR SKIN TREATMENT

• Vacuum therapy, also known as vacuum massage or vacuum

suction, is a non-invasive cosmetic procedure used for
various skin treatments. It involves the use of a vacuum
therapy unit or device to create suction on the skin's surface.
• A vacuum therapy unit typically consists of a handheld
device with a suction cup or nozzle attachment. The
practitioner or therapist applies the device to the skin,
creating suction and moving it in a controlled manner over
the treatment area. The intensity of the suction and the
duration of the treatment can be adjusted based on the
specific needs of the patient and the area being treated.
(a) VACUUM MASSAGE CREATES A SKIN FOLD AND MOBILISES THAT SKIN FOLD.
(b) THE APPLICATION OF VACUUM MASSAGE ON A PATIENT WITH BURN SCARS
VACUUM THERAPY FOR PAIN RELIEF
DIABETIC ULCER
BENEFITS OF VACUUM THERAPY
1. Lymphatic Drainage: Vacuum therapy can help stimulate the lymphatic system,
promoting the removal of toxins and excess fluids from the body. This can reduce
puffiness and swelling in the treated area.
2. Circulation Improvement: The suction created by the vacuum device can enhance
blood flow to the treated area. Improved circulation can help deliver more oxygen
and nutrients to the skin, promoting overall skin health.
3. Cellulite Reduction: Vacuum therapy is often used as a non-surgical approach to
reduce the appearance of cellulite. The suction and massage action can help break
down fat cells and improve the texture of the skin.
BENEFITS OF VACUUM THERAPY
4. Skin Tightening: Vacuum therapy may stimulate collagen production in
the skin, which can lead to improved skin elasticity and a firmer
appearance.
5. Scar Reduction: This treatment can be used to soften and flatten scars,
including surgical scars and acne scars, by promoting blood flow and
collagen remodeling in the affected area.
6. Relaxation: Vacuum therapy can also provide a relaxing massage effect,
which can be beneficial for stress relief and muscle tension reduction.
LASER THERAPY FOR SKIN

• Laser therapy for the skin involves the use of concentrated

beams of light (lasers) to treat various skin conditions and
improve the skin's appearance. Different types of lasers are
used for specific purposes, and the choice of laser depends on
the skin concern
• Laser Hair Removal:
 Description: Laser hair removal uses lasers to target and damage hair
follicles, inhibiting hair growth.
 Purposes: Achieving long-term hair reduction or removal on areas such as
the face, legs etc
• Fractional Laser Resurfacing:
 Description: Fractional laser resurfacing delivers laser energy in tiny,
focused beams, creating micro-injuries in the skin to stimulate collagen
production and improve skin texture.
 Purposes: Reducing the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, acne scars, and
improving skin tone and elasticity.
CO2 Laser Resurfacing:
 Description: CO2 laser resurfacing is an ablative laser
treatment that removes layers of skin to address more
pronounced skin issues.
 Purposes: Treating deep wrinkles, scars, warts, and certain
precancerous skin growths. It provides more significant
results but requires a longer recovery period.
• Erbium Laser Resurfacing:
 Description: Erbium laser resurfacing is also an ablative laser that
is less aggressive than CO2 lasers. It targets water in the skin to
remove damaged tissue.
 Purposes: Improving skin texture, reducing fine lines, and treating
certain types of scars.
• Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) Therapy:
 Description: IPL uses a broad spectrum of light to target and treat
skin issues like sun damage, age spots, and redness.
 Purposes: Treating pigmentation problems, reducing redness, and
improving overall skin tone.
• Q-Switched Lasers:
 Description: Q-switched lasers produce short, high-energy pulses of
light and are commonly used for tattoo removal and treatment of
pigmented lesions.
 Purposes: Removing tattoos, birthmarks, and various types of
pigmentations.
Vascular Lasers:
Description: These lasers target blood vessels and are used to treat vascular lesions like spider veins, port-wine stains, and broken blood
vessels.
Purposes: Reducing the appearance of visible blood vessels and vascular skin conditions.
Port-Wine Stains - A port-wine stain is a type of birthmark. It
got its name because it looks like maroon wine was spilled or
splashed on the skin. Though they often start out looking pink
at birth, port-wine stains tend to become darker (usually
reddish-purple or dark red) as kids grow.
• Laser Skin Tightening:
 Description: Laser skin tightening treatments use laser energy to heat the
collagen beneath the skin's surface, stimulating collagen production and
tightening loose or sagging skin.
 Purposes: Improving skin laxity and reducing the appearance of wrinkles
and fine lines.
• Laser Acne Treatment:
 Description: Some lasers, like diode lasers, are used to target and reduce
the activity of sebaceous glands in the skin, helping to manage and treat
acne.
 Purposes: Controlling acne breakouts and reducing oil production in the
skin.
ACNE : Excess or high production of oil in the pore. Buildup of dead
skin cells in the pore. Growth of bacteria in the pore.
