Although some would argue that urban sprawl
1-I am of the opinion that sprawl is a problem given has its benefits, such as creating local economic
that it __________ growth, urban sprawl has many negative
consequences for residents and the environment,
such as higher water and air pollution, increased
2-According to the writer, a good idea is to traffic fatalities and jams, loss of agricultural
capacity, increased car dependency
___________(verb-base form). In addition to that,
another optimal idea is to ________(verb-base form).
Last but not least, we should _____________
As for me, I live in Chorrilos , Lima on Huaylas Avenue/ at Viuda
Street/ in Matellini Urbanization
(+) close to Rambla/ Plaza Vea Risso
/ Arequipa Avenue
(+) 15 minutes from Plaza LimaSur/
Rebagliati Hospital/ UPC from Cedros Having said that, I would
say that I live in an urban/ suburban area because/ given that/ in

(+)As I see it, I am okay where I

1- I would say that the people in the photo know each other in the retirement
house.

2- I can say that the word intergenerational means involving different generations
(= groups of people within a society who are of a similar age).

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V2p99YPEPZk
Finland School Tries Out Robots as Teachers
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iTo70tpsAb4
Based on the reading, I can say that one
benefit of the program is that __________
Daycare center: Institution that provides supervision
and care of infants and young children during the
daytime, particularly so that their parents can hold
jobs.
A retirement home : Residence for old people including
facilities for meals, gatherings, recreation activities, and some
form of health or hospital care.

First of all, I am of the opinion that many older people and younger people are in retirement homes and daycare centers
in the US because
• Nowadays the population of old citizens has increased. Plus, there are more people with full time jobs and for this
they cannot take care of their children.
• At present, more old citizens are rejected by their families and they ended up in the retirement homes. In addition to
that, I think more kids are in the daycare centers because both parents work because they need the money.

When it comes to Peru, I would say that

+ there are many elderly people/ not many elderly people in the retirement homes. Besides, I would say that there are
many kids/ not many kids in the daycare centers.

Finally, I would say that it is a good idea that kids visit retirement homes because this way

• Old people can interact with kids and have a good time
• Elderly people can tell children stories and have a good time
• Old people can feel useful , active and improve their mental health
• Children can learn valuable lesson on life from elderly people.
