(RFP)?
• Document that help the customer compare services, products,
pricing, and support offered by the different contractors.

Cover Letter
• A document prepared on company’s letterhead
• Include all relevant information for the company
• A brief summary of the proposed project
Proposed Cost
• Budget details for the proposed project
• Examples: training charges, hardware & software
components, warranty costs, labor cost, telecommunication
service provider charges.
Executive Summary
