It records the learner’s learning goals
It provides the learner the opportunity to
change the delivery mode that he/she
prefers
It sets the timeline, or when the learner
wants to achieve the learning goals.
It guides the ALS Teacher in the review of
the learning goals of the learner.
It also helps the ALS Teacher provide
appropriate learning interventions to the
learner.

Least Learned Skills from the FLT result and the
Learner’s Checklist of Competencies (RPL Form 4).

timeline for the completion date of the
identified learning goal.
